Amazing turnkey project in Saint-Bruno, on the South Shore of Montreal. The customer wanted a solarium that looked modern. Project details:

Plancher isolé R32 avec 6 pieux vissés Isolated floor (R32) with 6 piles
Construction and installation of a 4 seasons sunroom:
- Fiberglass structure covered with PVC
- White interior, black exterior
- Wall height: 13' tapering to 10'
- Casement windows with fixed transoms in double-glazed glass, thermos, Low E, Argon, Energy Star rated
- Box to accommodate a fireplace, fire code gypsum finish ready for ceramic, exterior finish in CanExel
- Glass front wall, insulated side walls
- Cathedral roof 10", R42 insulation
- Exterior finish in shingles, interior finish in gypsum, joints, and paint
- Beam cover in gypsum, joints, and paint
Modification of the house roof to accommodate the cathedral roof of the solarium
Removal of the existing window and creation of an opening down to the floor
Electrical work and heating
Installation of gutters on the solarium and connection to the house
Sealing of the basement window under the solarium
