Addition of a 3 seasons solarium, a very nice room for a dining area!

The customer asks us to add a 3 seasons solarium on the side of her house to enjoy the summer but without the mosquitoes.

Completed project:

• Construction of a non-insulated floor on screw piles
• Installation of a 3 seasons veranda
• Vinyl windows
• Cathedral roof, interior aluminum finish, exterior shingle finish
• Aluminum transoms to create a more intimate space
• Installation of electricity (indoor and outdoor outlets and ceiling outlet for a light fixture
• Vinyl flooring
• Aluminum skirt with 1 storage door
• Aluminum balcony and steps
