Beautiful 4 seasons solarium made in St-Bruno on the south shore of Montreal.
We removed the existing roof to install a cathedral roof that allows much more luminosity in the solarium and in the house.
Project details:
- Remove the existing roof
- Level and insulate the existing concrete slab
- Construction of a custom-made 4 seasons extension
- Integration of a solid wall to install a gas fireplace with concrete imitation finish on the wall
- Hemlock beam
- Remove the patio door between the solarium and the house
- Wooden ceiling
- Installation of a wooden floor
- Electricity and heating
