Replacement of a 3 season solarium screen windows with a beautiful 3 season room with vinyl windows and screen net. The customer wanted to have a room that would allow them to use it even when it rains.
Project carried out in Ville Lorraine on the North Shore of Montreal.
Project details:
- Installation of 6 piles
- Urethane Insulated Floor (R32)
- Vinyl skirt, white color (finish to hide the piles)
- 3 seasons sunroom
- Aluminium structure, white color
- Height: 8′ to 11′
- Vinyl windows with integreted mosquito screen – 75% opening for ventilation
- Cathedral Roof – Exterior Shingles / Interior Aluminum
