The Audet family entrusted us with the mandate to build a 17' x 14' four-season extension. This project was completed in Boisbriand, on the North Shore of Montreal.
With its 15-foot-high cathedral ceiling, this extension offers a modern and sleek look, seamlessly blending with the home's existing architectural style.
To maximize natural light, our clients chose to remove the existing patio doors and modernize the existing fireplace.
Work completed:
- Leveled and insulated the existing concrete deck
- Added an insulated floor on piles for the missing floor section
- Four-season solarium:
- Wall height: 13' to 15'
- Double-pane thermos glass, Low E, Argon, Energy Star certified
- Glass half-wall
- 2 patio doors
- Cathedral ceiling
- Roof modification to accommodate the four-season solarium
The flooring, patio door removal, electrical work, and beam finishing were completed by the client.
