4-Season Solarium completed on the South Shore of Montreal.
The client preferred to keep the patio door between the house and the solarium to maintain a quiet space for reflection. We extended the solarium's roof to provide a covered BBQ area to protect from rain. Work completed:
The client preferred to keep the patio door between the house and the solarium to maintain a quiet space for reflection. We extended the solarium's roof to provide a covered BBQ area to protect from rain. Work completed:
- Removal of the existing roof on the house and necessary repairs
- Construction of an insulated R32 floor on screw piles
- Installation of custom 4-season walls
- Extension of the solarium roof (12' x 8') with flooring
- Heated ceramic floor covering
- Electricity: indoor and outdoor outlets, heating
- Horizontal vinyl skirt
