The customers were charmed by our products and had difficulty visualizing their project at home. We have advised them according to our expertise and they are delighted with their new living room space. We opened the wall of the house along the entire length and opened the window area full height to create space for circulation.
Work completed:
- Remove all space in paving stones
- Construction of an insulated floor on screw piles
- Construction of the 4 seasons custom solarium. PVC-coated fiberglass structure (20-year warranty)
- 10′ thick R42 insulated roof – exterior shingle finish in the same color as the house – vinyl interior finish
- Double glass windows, thermos, LowE, Argon and Energie Star (20-year warranty)
- We extended the roof along the entire length of the house to create a cover place for the BBQ.
- Opening of the wall of the house along the entire length to create the extension of the existing room
- Aluminum balcony and steps
